Jay Alexander

Jay Alexander is currently the EVP of Sales and Operations at Improving since October 2011. Prior to that, Jay was a Strategic Account Manager at Innovative Architects from October 2011 to January 2019. Before that, Jay held various roles at ista North America, including Vice President of Product Management, Vice President of Client Services, Director of Client Services, and Technical Account Manager. Additionally, Jay has experience as a Sr. Systems Analyst at Carekeeper Software, Sr. Developer at Spectrasite Communications, Inc, Software Consultant at SolTech, Inc, and Software Developer at MCI WorldCom. Jay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - MIS from The University of Georgia and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the same institution.
