Lance England is a Senior Consultant at Improving since June 2015, specializing in architectural guidance for IT data solutions, including healthcare EDI and integration projects. Previous roles include Senior SQL Developer/Architect at Blackstone + Cullen, where data warehouse and business intelligence solutions were designed and implemented, and owner of Data Join Consulting, LLC, delivering similar services. Additional experience includes database development at RentPath and UHS-Pruitt Corporation, focusing on ETL and data warehousing, along with a significant tenure at CBF as Director of Information Technology, where technology strategy and various IT projects were managed. Lance England began the career as an Associate Consultant at Greenbrier & Russel, implementing functionality for a custom CMS, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.
