Matthew Hsu's work experience includes:

2. Software Development Manager and Co-Founder at Bit Quill Technologies (2017-2022): Matthew managed two teams of fourteen people, focusing on database connectivity solutions for a large enterprise partner. Matthew'steams prioritized ease of use, migrations, performance, and customer support.

3. Lead Software Developer and Co-Founder at Bit Quill Technologies (2019-2020): Matthew led the development efforts for a Vancouver-based team, focusing on customer experience and usability by building database connectivity solutions.

4. Senior Software Developer and Co-Founder at Bit Quill Technologies (2017-2019): Matthew was a sub-team lead and developer for a content delivery system. Matthew was responsible for developing the backend infrastructure and deploying it through cloud providers.
