Michael D'Onofrio has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael is currently working as an Experience Director at Improving since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Experience Director at Tahoe Partners from October 2015 to August 2021. In this role, they oversaw creative initiatives and managed development teams for mobile apps and UI design. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Art Director at The Rosen Group and Huget Advertising from 2002 to 2003, where they worked on print ads, website development, brochures, and trade show materials.
Earlier in their career, Michael served as an Art Director at Learning Insights from 2000 to 2002, where they managed multimedia projects and contributed to the company's rebranding efforts. Michael also worked as a Graphic Designer at Artistic Impressions, Inc from 1997 to 2000, focusing on product catalogs, advertisements, multimedia graphics, and website design.
Michael D'Onofrio attended Northern Illinois University from 1993 to 1994 but did not obtain a degree in any particular field of study during this time. Michael then enrolled at Columbia College from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. Michael'sstudies at Columbia College focused on various subjects, including computer graphics, advertising, and film.
