Michael Ell has a diverse range of work experience, primarily in consulting roles. Michael worked as a Director at Improving (formerly Quadrus) from April 2010 to the present, where they participated in hiring events and interviews. Michael Ell completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from The University of Lethbridge between 1989 and 1992. Subsequently, they pursued Computer Technology studies at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 1994 to 1996.
