Nicole Hilland

Nicole Hilland has gained a variety of work experiences throughout their career. Starting in 2009, they worked as an Assistant Badminton Coach at Mount Royal University, where they assisted in designing drills and games for player development and coached multiple teams at Nationals. In 2012, Nicole took on the role of Travel Agent and Sales Representative at Mojosurf, where they communicated with clients to create customized travel packages and effectively trained new employees. That same year, they became a Training Coordinator at Quadrus Development Inc., responsible for coordinating training programs. In 2013, Quadrus merged with Improving Holdings LLC, and Nicole transitioned into the position of Account Manager at Improving. In this role, they are part of the Improving Enterprises group of IT services and training companies, dedicated to building practical business solutions for clients' success.

Nicole Hilland completed their education in the field of Kinesiology. From 2005 to 2007, they attended Mount Royal University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Physical Education in the Kinesiology Transfer Program. Following this, Hilland enrolled at the University of Calgary from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology.
