Rachael Gier is a results-focused professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and holistic marketing initiatives. With a background as a Delivery Director at Improving since 2025, Rachael has previously held leadership positions at Horizontal Digital, where they served as a Senior Project Manager, Group Program Director, and Program Manager. Rachael's career also includes roles as a Marketing Specialist at Leapfrog Online and Project Manager at various agencies, including Colle+McVoy and OLSON. Rachael holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Management from Hope College, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
