Ramon Espinoza, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ramon started their career at IBM in 2013, where they worked as a Client Enablement, Systems Assurance, and Test Center specialist until 2015. Ramon then became a Functional Manager in Storage, Power, and z Systems and Solutions Tes until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Ramses worked as a Delivery Project Executive at IBM. In 2018, they joined Independent IT Consulting as a Delivery Project Executive and Delivery Director focused on digital transformation. In the same year, they also started working at Improving as an Account Manager. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of Client Services at Improving, a role they held until 2023. In 2023, they became an Account Delivery Manager at Improving.
