Rich McCraw

Rich McCraw is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as VP of Technology at Improving since July 2006, Rich transitioned from the role of CTO at Innovative Architects, which became part of Improving in January 2019. Rich's career includes various positions such as General Manager in Washington, D.C., and Senior Architect. Prior to Innovative Architects, Rich worked as a Staff Consultant at Revenue Solutions, Inc. Rich holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and has earned both a Master of Engineering in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.
