Scott McMichael

Scott McMichael is the Managing Director of North America for Improving. Scott has held this position since December of 2018. Prior to that, they were the President of Innovative Architects from January of 2013 to December of 2018. Scott has also served as the VP of Product Development for Global Scholar / Harland-Clarke and as the Director of the Project Management Office for Thoughtmill / American Systems.
