Vineet Kumar

Vineet Kumar is an experienced software developer with a diverse work history. Vineet is currently working at Improving as a Software Developer. Prior to that, Vineet held roles at Fiserv, where they served as an Advisor in Software Development Engineering and later as a Principal Software Development Engineer. At Fiserv, they led a team of developers and was responsible for designing and developing various capabilities related to consent, digital signing, and payment processing. Vineet also worked at SpendLabs, a Fintech startup, as a Principal Engineer where they built microservices for a multi-tenant product that focused on corporate card management. Prior to that, they worked at BNP Paribas CIB as a Project Manager, Team Lead, Technical Lead, and Senior Software Engineer, where they were involved in various projects related to trade processing, regulations, and script development. Vineet started their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Engineer.

Vineet Kumar attended Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology. Additionally, Vineet has obtained several certifications in various fields, including the "Lightbend Scala Language - Professional" certification from Lightbend, Inc. in November 2022. Vineet also holds certifications in Reactive Architecture, specifically in Building Scalable Systems, CQRS and Event Sourcing, Distributed Messaging Patterns, Domain Driven Design, Reactive Microservices, and Introduction to Reactive Systems, all obtained from Lightbend, Inc. in July 2020. Furthermore, Vineet has completed the "Lightbend Akka Cluster - Fundamentals" certification from Lightbend, Inc. in May 2020.
