Chuck Sodos

Chuck Sodos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in application consulting and workforce management. Currently serving as a Sr. Application Consultant at Improvizations since January 2018, Chuck specializes in supporting clients with Kronos applications and guiding upgrades to the latest versions. Previously, as a Senior Consultant at The Hackett Group, Chuck was involved in the implementation of Kronos Workforce Central. Experience at ARAMARK included roles as Labor Management Supervisor and Lead Senior Business Analyst, where Chuck managed a team and implemented time and attendance systems across numerous locations. Earlier roles at Kronos, Kreischer Miller, and Computer Associates Inc. highlighted expertise in project management, technical assessments, and implementations. Chuck holds an Associate degree in Business Administration from the Community College of Philadelphia.
