Michael Papa

Michael Papa has been with Impulse since February 2013, progressing through various roles including Director, Manager of Account Management, Product Development Coordinator, and Ports Agent, where responsibilities included coordinating number porting among telephone providers. Additionally, Michael oversaw special projects at Impulse, coordinated customer relations as a Concierge Specialist, and designed call routing systems as a Voice Provisioning Agent. Earlier experience includes food service roles at Endless Summer bar~cafe and Chuck's Waterfront Grill as well as Kona Bistro, alongside a position as Dock Master for the Santa Barbara Youth Sailing Foundation, where management of the dock and equipment was key. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Small Business Management from Miami University.
