Shruti Dhiman

Shruti Dhiman is a seasoned professional in product development and design, currently serving as a Sr. Product Development Merchant at Impulse International Pvt. Ltd. since April 2023. Previously, Shruti held roles at Sainsbury’s Argos Asia Sourcing Limited as a Product Development Merchant, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional team communication and managing project timelines from October 2020 to September 2022. Shruti's earlier experience includes working as a Designer and PD Merchant at Impulse from August 2014 to October 2020, where seasonal trend boards were developed, and requirements were communicated to suppliers. Prior to that, Shruti served as a Designer in Home Textiles at Atira Designs Pvt. Ltd., focusing on trend forecasting and designing collections. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Apparel and Textiles from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, completed in 2012.
