Camila Schwerz

Camila Schwerz is an experienced professional in human resources with a strong background in talent management, employee development, and organizational culture. Currently serving as the RH Coordinator and Internal BP Analyst at Impulseup since February 2021, Camila is responsible for leading business initiatives related to talent management, performance evaluation, and employee engagement. Prior roles include managing people and finance at AD&M Consultoria Empresarial and an internship at the Senado Federal.
