Tiago Marques

Tiago Marques is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and customer success. Currently serving as an Account Manager at impulseup since October 2018, Tiago has been instrumental in structuring the expansion area of the company, focusing on growth processes and leading B2B negotiations. Previous roles include Customer Success Team Leader and Customer Success Manager, where Tiago developed strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, Tiago's experience spans various roles in international negotiations, business development, and project management across several companies, including the Brazilian Confederation of Agriculture and Livestock and Domani Consultoria Internacional.
