Currently serving as Director of Delivery and Operations at Impyrian since February 2021, Victor previously held the position of Cyber Security Program Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton, where responsibilities included managing the Department of Homeland Security’s Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation Program. Prior roles include Information Security Officer at eBITS Corporation, overseeing compliance and security for electronic taxpayer records, and Project Manager, focusing on project management best practices. Earlier experience includes working as a Billing Accountant at CSC, managing revenue operations for federal and commercial clients. Victor holds a Master of Engineering in Cybersecurity Policy and Compliance from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from George Mason University.
