Raina Alidjani

Raina Alidjani has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and resource management. Raina is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at imre since March 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition from October 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Partner at Hero Digital, LLC from September 2019 to October 2021. Additionally, they have held roles such as Senior Resource Manager at Evoke from September 2017 to September 2019, Manager of Resource Management at Digitas Health from April 2016 to September 2017, and Executive Recruiter at Randstad from October 2013 to January 2015, among others.

Raina Alidjani has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from La Salle University, obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Temple University, studying from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Raina has obtained certification as a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter (CDR) from AIRS powered by ADP in the year 2020.
