Michael Nelan has a background in operations management, logistics coordination, and guest services. Michael has experience working with IMS in various roles such as Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, Dispatcher, and Logistics Coordinator. Their responsibilities have included overseeing internal operations, establishing KPIs, coordinating deliveries, negotiating rates, and providing customer service. Prior to IMS, Michael worked as a Guest Service Ambassador for the New York Yankees. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Centenary University.
