Director - Client Development at IMS

Tom O'Brien has extensive work experience in various roles. Tom began their career as a Logistics Coordinator at IMS in January 2011 and later worked as a Vendor Relations specialist. In May 2013, they became a Procurement Manager, responsible for managing vendor relationships. From April 2016 to January 2021, they served as a National Account Manager at IMS, providing systematic solutions for import cargo management. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Client Development, overseeing sales processes, client support, and post-sales activities. Prior to joining IMS, they worked as a Data Analyst at Target 250, where they gained experience in marketing strategy development, product development, project management, team management, and data quality management.

Tom O'Brien attended James Madison University - College of Business from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration from William Paterson University of New Jersey in the years 2007 to 2009.
