Brooke Smith

Brooke Smith has accumulated significant experience in client support and operations within various organizations. At IMS Consulting & Expert Services from March 2022 to May 2023, Brooke served as a Client Support Associate, contributing to the success of complex litigation cases by providing consultative trial and expert services. Prior to that role, Brooke held multiple positions at BBVA Compass, including Sales Operation Associate from February 2016 to September 2021, and was involved in various administrative roles at O'Sullivan Creel from September 2006 to February 2011, where responsibilities included managing payroll, new hire documentation, and client services. Currently, Brooke holds the position of Client Support Associate Supervisor at IMS Legal Strategies, starting in May 2023, and serves as Revenue Operations Supervisor for Standard Litigation.
