Kan Chen

Kan Chen is an economist with nearly 15 years of experience in economic forecasting, monetary economics, and international finance. Currently serving as the Research Director at IMS Legal Strategies, they lead a team in high-stakes litigation cases, conducting comprehensive research and analysis to support legal strategies. Prior to this role, Kan held positions at PNC and served as a Senior Economist at BBVA Research, in addition to working as an Econometric Modeler at the International Monetary Fund. Kan earned a Ph.D. in Economics from Vanderbilt University, focusing on empirical macroeconomics and Bayesian econometrics, and holds a Bachelor's degree from Peking University. Passionate about understanding economic trends, they continually seek new challenges to apply their skills.
