Evan Citulsky is a Mobile Engineering Manager at IMS (Insurance & Mobility Solutions) who leads a team dedicated to developing innovative mobile solutions for the insurance industry. With a strong background in Android development, Evan has experience that spans various roles, including Senior Software Engineer and Android Developer, and is an expert in Kotlin.
