Elliot Johnsen

Elliot Johnsen has extensive experience in service management and project coordination, currently serving as a Managed Services Senior Supervisor and Service Coordinator at IMS Technology Services since January 2020. Responsibilities include overseeing the service ticket board and coordinating support calls, dispatching technicians and subcontractors across the United States.
