David Nates

David Nates has extensive experience in both the manufacturing and military sectors. Currently serving as an IMSA Tech Inspector with the International Motor Sports Association since January 2022, David previously held the title of Production Supervisor at BBraun from November 2017 to April 2022 and at AO Precision Manufacturing for a brief period in 2017. David's long tenure at Baxter International Inc. from March 2000 to March 2017 included significant experience as a Production Supervisor. David also contributed as a Process Kaizen Engineer at Gambro for a short period in 2004. In the military, David served in the US Navy for two decades, reaching the rank of Senior Missile Technician and gaining qualifications on several submarines including the USS Tecumseh and USS Nebraska. Academically, David holds a Bachelor of Science in Vocational Education Studies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
