Jacob Kim

Jacob Kim is a seasoned international affairs leader and business executive with over 20 years of experience in national security and the defense industry, particularly concerning strategic competition in the Indo-Pacific region. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director for Indo-Pacific Business Development at IMSAR, having previously held various significant roles such as Country Portfolio Director at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency and International Affairs Officer for the U.S. Army. Jacob possesses expertise in navigating complex bureaucracies, government coordination, and foreign military sales, and they hold a Top Secret security clearance. They earned a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from UCLA and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Maryland University College.
