James Etheridge has a strong background in military and aviation operations. James has held various leadership positions in the US Army and special operations aviation units. James transitioned into the business development field, working as a Business Development Manager at Berry Aviation, Inc. and currently serves as the Director of Business Development for Army/SOCOM Programs at IMSAR. With a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Homeland Security, James brings a unique skill set to their roles, encompassing operations management, training, and human resources expertise.
