Robb Rigtrup is an accomplished professional in aerospace and defense, currently serving as a Board of Governors Member at Utah Aerospace and Defense since January 2024 and as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at IMSAR since October 2022. Prior roles include Deputy Program Manager at Five Domains, where Robb directed a $250M program and a team of 126 employees, and Director of Targets at The Joint Staff, where strategic guidance was provided to military leaders. Robb's extensive experience with the United States Air Force includes roles such as Director, Liaison to U.S. Embassy, and Director of Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance Group, managing large teams and critical operations. Robb holds a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from National Intelligence University and an MBA from Troy University, along with a BA in Korean Studies from Brigham Young University.
