Min Ling C.

Min Ling C. is a Global VP and Head of the Technology Innovation Group at Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore, specializing in digital transformation through Industry 4.0 technologies. Previously, Min held leadership roles at Mondelēz International, where they shaped digital and automation strategies, and at Schaeffler, where they focused on the Industry 4.0 product portfolio. With a background in mechanical engineering and computer science from RMIT University, Min has extensive experience across the manufacturing sector in Asia Pacific and Europe, including roles at Ford, Volkswagen, and the ROS-Industrial Consortium Asia Pacific, which they co-founded. Min is also a member of the Supervisory Board at IMSystems and is passionate about advancing robotics and innovation in the industry.
