Rory Deen

CFO & Co-Founder at IMSystems

Rory Deen began their career in 2010 as a Board Member for the Honours Programme Study Association Extensus. During this time, they were also a Student Research Assistant for the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In 2011, they became the Secretary to the Board for the Stichting Transactieland.nl, Ruimte voor Innovatie door Nieuwe Verbindingen. In 2012, they took on roles at Mentha Capital as an Intern and at Extensus Alumni Network as a Board Member. Rory also had an Intern role at Karmijn Kapitaal in 2012. In 2016, they became the CFO & Co-Founder of IMSystems, introducing the new standard in high-performance gearbox technology.

Rory Deen's education history includes a BSc (Honours) in International Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2008 to 2011, an MSc in Finance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2012 to 2014, and an MSc in Industrial Ecology from Technische Universiteit Delft & Universiteit Leiden from 2013 to 2016. Rory also attended Copernicus SG, Atlas College from 2002 to 2008, where they completed their Atheneum/VWO.
