Matthew Weiner's work experience begins with their role as an Intern at Eastern Consolidated in 2012, where they were responsible for financial analysis and cash flow projections for commercial and mixed-use properties. Matthew then interned at Aflac in 2013, working in Global Investments. From 2009 to 2014, Weiner was the Owner and Founder of PocketChange Lacrosse. In 2014, they joined Aflac as a Jr. Trader and Assistant Portfolio Manager in Global Investments, where they executed trades, managed the derivatives hedging portfolio, and developed analytic tools. In 2017, Weiner became a Data & Operations Associate at Bridgewater Associates, where they focused on delivering consistent and reliable market data. Matthew transitioned to IMTC in 2018, first as a Senior Client Success Manager and later as the Director of Client Success, leading the transformation of asset and wealth management through a cloud-based investment management software.
Matthew Weiner received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Labor Relations and a minor in Business from Cornell University, where they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Connecticut College, majoring in Economics, History, and Applied Statistics, attending from 2010 to 2012.
Furthermore, Matthew Weiner has obtained several certifications, including the Leading People and Teams Capstone, Leading People and Teams Specialization, Leading Teams, Influencing People, Inspiring and Motivating Individuals, and Managing Talent, from Coursera.
