Aram A.

Aram A. has extensive experience in software operations and site reliability engineering. They have worked at IMTF - Excellence in RegTech Solutions as a Software Operations Lead Engineer, responsible for supporting the full stack of cloud-based applications and managing the environments. They also drive incidents to resolution and contribute to continuous improvement. Prior to this, Aram worked at FICO as a Lead Engineer in site reliability engineering, where they performed similar tasks. They also worked as a Solution Consulting Consultant II at FICO. Before joining FICO, Aram worked at ProCredit Bank as an Application Manager and at Ardshininvestbank CJSC as a Specialist of Software Development and Support Subdivision. Additionally, they served as a Final Examination Committee Member at Armenian State University of Economics. Aram's earlier experience includes working as a Site Administrator at La Tour Travel Agency, where they were responsible for designing and updating web pages, developing web infrastructure, and monitoring web server performance.

Aram A. obtained their Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the Armenian State University of Economics, where they studied from 2006 to 2012. In 2015 and 2017, they attended IELTS BRITISH COUNCIL and received a certificate in Management Information Systems, General. Aram also attended the Armenian-Indian Center for Excellence in ICT in 2012, and the Financial Banking College in 2010, although they did not receive any degrees from these institutions. Before pursuing higher education, Aram attended Nr 172, where they obtained a certificate from 1996 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Aram has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they obtained the MCSA: SQL Server 2012/2014 certification from Microsoft. Aram also achieved the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification in the same year. In 2017, Aram completed the LFS101x: Introduction to Linux course from LinuxFoundationX. Further, they passed the Exam 461: Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and Exam 462: Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Databases from Microsoft in 2015. Aram holds certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) as well, having achieved the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification in 2021 and 2021. Additionally, they obtained the Exam 463: Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 certification in 2016. More recently, in 2022, Aram obtained the Telc Zertifikat Deutsch Europaratsstufe B2 certification from telc GmbH - The European Language Certificates, and they previously obtained the Telc Zertifikat Deutsch Europaratsstufe B1 in 2018.
