Richard Kwang

Richard Kwang is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent management, organizational development, and performance management. They have held key positions in notable companies, including National Oilwell Varco, where they served as Organizational Development Manager for the Asia Pacific region, and ICAP, where they were the HR Manager responsible for strategic HR initiatives.
