Jennifer Shine

Jennifer Shine began their career in 2003 as a Laboratory Staffing/Database Specialist for TECH 2000 Services & Staffing, Inc. In 2004, they moved to ERM: Environmental Resources Management as an Environmental Engineer. In 2006, they joined Valero Energy Corporation as a Staff Advanced Process Controls Engineer. In 2019, they joined Imubit as a Systems Integration Engineering, Sr. Manager. In this role, their team advanced safe and successful integration and ensured subsystems acted as a coordinated whole. In 2021, DLPC had been integrated with all major DCS vendors and some with third party applications at varying complexities. Jennifer also served as the Manager of a newly formed Process Operations team, responsible for all customer closed-loop neural network (CLNN) onsite implementation, deployment and continued value sustainment. In this role, they identified key roles required for team success and recruited top engineering talent. Additionally, they served as the Implementation Engineering Manager, providing team guidance, regular feedback, coaching and mentoring, career development plans, and performance management.

Jennifer Shine attended Terrebonne Highschool (Houma, LA) from 1995 to 1999. Jennifer then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at Louisiana State University from 1999 to 2004. In 2007, they obtained a GASFIND IR Thermographer certification from ITC Thermography.
