Scott Karasik has had a varied work experience since 2013. Scott began as an Analytical Chemistry Stockroom Attendant at The University of Texas at Austin, followed by a role as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the same institution in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a CHE Office Student Assistant at Lamar University, and a Technical Services and Development Intern at Kuraray America, Inc. Scott also worked as an Automation Engineer Co-Op at CITGO Petroleum in 2017, and a Polymer Lab Engineer at Cloeren Incorporated the same year. In 2018, they became an Automation Control Engineer at CITGO, and in 2021 they took on the role of Implementation Engineer at Imubit. Scott also worked as a X Games Austin Press Officer at ESPN in 2014.
Scott Karasik obtained their High School Diploma from Little Cypress Mauriceville High School in 2010. Scott then attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry. From 2015 to 2018, they attended Lamar University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering. In 2017, they obtained a Transportation Worker Identification Credential from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
