Timothy Francis

Timothy Francis is a skilled cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various high-level roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer and Consultant at In-Depth Engineering Corporation since September 2019, Timothy leads cybersecurity architecture for Electronic Warfare solutions for Lockheed Martin. Previously, as a Cybersecurity Consultant and Senior Engineer at ASSETT, Inc., Timothy managed risk through assessments and developed innovative software and models for Industrial Control Systems. Additionally, Timothy held the position of Director of Cybersecurity at Naval Sea Systems Command, overseeing cybersecurity for submarine acquisitions and enhancing risk management methodologies. Early career experience includes managing information assurance for the Submarine Force and material readiness as a U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander. Timothy holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Syracuse University and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Cybersecurity from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
