With roots at world–defining companies like Meta, Airbnb, Netflix, Watershed and a16z, In Great Co. brings both the discernment and the discipline to connect exceptional talent with the right opportunities. For us, quality is the standard not an afterthought.

We built In Great Co. to blend the fundamentals with our honed expertise—and to push back against recruiting’s evolution toward volume over value. Where agencies today often play the numbers game, we take an alternate path: one crafted with trust, taste, and care. Recruiting, re-humanized.

We believe building with great talent should feel less like a transaction and more like a relationship. Conversations that balance honesty with empathy, professionalism with personality, and execution with heart.

In Great Co. is exactly that: great company—for the clients we partner with, the talent we place, and the relationships we build for life.
