In-House Recruiting was founded by Brandi Newman out of a desire to provide specialized recruiting services to job seekers and employers.  We want our clients to have the same comfort level with our Recruiters that they have with their own Hiring Managers.  Our approach to business is relational, not transactional.  We want to build long term, meaningful partnerships with our candidates and clients.



By only recruiting for industries we have experience in, we thoroughly vet the companies and candidates we work with.  By taking this specialized approach, we are deeply entrenched in our areas of expertise and we have a pulse on market trends and public opinion.
