For over 25 years, In Reach, Inc. has been dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families through education and direct services. While our roots began with students in K–12 programs, today we collaborate with youth aged 16 to 24 — a critical period for shaping identity, building independence, and planning to succeed.

MISSION: In Reach believes in the limitless potential of youth ages 16–24. We champion their successful transition from high school into adulthood by fostering learning, well-being, and resilience, delivered through guidance and platforms for self-discovery and voice.  

VISION: We envision healthy, confident youth in every community, thriving.
