In Record Time is a single-source production agency focused on building high-quality branded merchandising programs for brands that cannot afford inconsistency.

We are makers at heart. We move from concept to creation with structure, precision, and creative discipline.

Our work spans custom apparel, engineered cut-and-sew garments, accessories, collectibles, and bespoke branded goods developed to meet exacting brand standards.

We ideate in house. We build technical specifications and tech packs. We engineer fit, fabrication, and construction details. We manage sourcing, oversee production, and support fulfillment and logistics.

Every stage is handled with visibility, accountability, and discretion. Our role is to translate your brand into physical form without introducing risk.

Our foundation is premium products.

We design and develop custom garments from the ground up, focusing on fit, feel, durability, and finish.

That same production rigor extends to accessories and custom merchandise programs supporting launches, retail initiatives, events, and evergreen collections. From soft goods to hard goods, we ensure consistency across categories.

We do not operate as a transactional vendor or catalog reseller. We build structured, long-term merchandise programs designed to scale, including seasonal collections, limited-edition drops, global launches, and co-branded product initiatives.

We manage calendars, supplier relationships, quality control, and timelines end to end. When issues arise, they are surfaced early with solutions attached.

With decades-long domestic and international manufacturing partnerships, we oversee sourcing and production with predictability and discretion.

Clients gain clear timelines, full work-in-progress visibility, and reliable delivery to spec, on budget, and on time.

We are not just producing goods. We are protecting how your brand lives in the physical world.
