In Rhythm | About

Modern life has broken our relationship with natural light.

For most of human history, our biology evolved in direct response to the rising and setting of the sun — regulating sleep, hormones, energy, and recovery.

Today, we live under artificial lighting that is static, incomplete, and biologically mismatched.

The result is widespread circadian disruption — impacting sleep, health, and performance on a global scale.

In Rhythm exists to solve this.

We design lighting that restores the natural signals the body expects — aligning modern environments with human biology, rather than working against it.

Our focus is simple:

→ Restore natural light rhythms
→ Reduce biological mismatch
→ Make better sleep effortless

This is not about optimisation.
It’s about restoring what was always there.

Where we started:

Our first product, the Better Sleep Bulb, was built around a simple idea:

Fix the light environment, and you fix the foundation of sleep.

A single bulb that shifts your home lighting across the natural progression of the day — from functional daylight, to low-blue evening light, to ultra-warm night light — while reintroducing parts of the spectrum removed from modern LEDs.

No apps. No complexity. No behaviour change.

Just a simple environmental shift — room by room.

Our vision:

To reconnect human biology with the natural rhythm of the earth — effortlessly.

We believe the future of health begins with the environments we live in.

And light is the most powerful lever we have.

Sleep, made effortless.
