Michelle Gregory, M.A, BCBA, LBA, currently serves as the Director of Training at In STEPPS since September 2024. Previously, Michelle held the position of Senior Director of Clinical Services at Behavioral Innovations from February 2023 to September 2024, and before that, served as a Clinical Case Supervisor at INSTEPPS from March 2020 to January 2023. Michelle's foundational experience includes roles as an Assistance Case Manager and Behavior Therapist at In STEPPS from August 2016 to August 2020, along with serving as a Master Teacher at Child Development Inc. from June 2015 to August 2016, where responsibilities included organizing activities and developing lesson plans for children's growth. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behavioral Analysis from Ball State University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from California State University, Fullerton (2011-2014).
