Andy Borcherdt

Andy Borcherdt began their work experience as a Supervisor at Sylvania Recreation in 2007. Andy then became the President of Dynamis Printing in 2011. In 2013, they transitioned to The Image Group, where they worked as an Account Manager until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Andy served as the Vice President of Sales at Three Cord, a company focused on helping businesses market their brands through promotional products. In 2018, they joined Sauder Education as a Territory Manager and remained in that role until 2020. Currently, Andy is the Director of Client Acquisition at IN2GREAT, a software-based platform that assists clients in selecting and developing high-performing employees, leaders, and teams.

Andy Borcherdt's education history includes attending Lourdes University, where they studied Marketing and Administration in the field of Business. Prior to that, they also attended Sylvania Southview High School. In addition to their formal education, Andy obtained certification as a PI Certified Talent Optimization Leader from The Predictive Index in June 2020.
