Clare Ray is an Honorary Professor of Widening Participation in Biomedical Education at the University of Birmingham. With a distinguished career, they served as a Senior Lecturer in Cardiovascular and Respiratory Science and led outreach and widening participation initiatives from 2016 to 2023. Their academic journey includes a PhD in Cardiovascular Physiology and first-class honours in Medical Science from the University of Birmingham.
