Starting their career at IBM as an Accounts Payable Specialist from August 2013 to April 2015, they then moved on to work at Lincoln Bay as a Recruitment Executive from November 2017 to April 2019. At Lincoln Bay, the company specializes in IT consulting and staffing services. Sachin then joined INA Solution as a Senior Technical Recruiter in May 2015 and later took on roles as a Recruiting Team Lead and Recruitment Specialist/Manager. INA Solution is a rapidly growing company in the IT industry, focusing on global IT Staffing, RPO, and IT services.
