Damini Singh has previous work experience in multiple companies. In 2022, they worked as an Assistant Manager at ICICI Bank between May and July, and then again from May to September. In 2023, they worked at CNH Industrial as part of their Human Resources Shared Services from January to April. Following that, they worked at INADEV as a Global Business Consultant from April onwards.

Damini Singh completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree from Regional College of Professional Studies and Research from 2017 to 2020. Damini then pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Operations at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management from 2020 to 2022.
