INAGEYA CO., LTD. is a company mainly engaged in the retail business. Together with its subsidiaries, the Company operates in two business divisions. The Retail division is engaged in the operation of supermarket business, which provides fresh food products, processed food products, daily necessities, prepared food and sushi, among others. This segment also operates drug stores, which offer pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, daily necessities and processed food products, among others. The Retail Support division is engaged in the production of bean curd and Japanese pickles, the operation, management, guarding and cleaning of shopping centers, the construction and maintenance of stores and affiliated facilities, the support for store operations, as well as the cultivation of agriculture products. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had eight subsidiaries.
