Inari is a Nordic niche consultancy for group dynamics and leadership development, specialising in the meeting point of psychology, systems psychodynamics and organisational transformation.

We offer a distinctive approach to growth through Social Dreaming, Jungian Coaching and Multi-Party Simulations. Our work creates spaces where individuals, teams and organisations can explore the deeper patterns shaping their performance, culture and purpose. By combining analytical insight with experiential learning, we help uncover the unconscious dynamics that influence collaboration, authority and creativity.

Grounded in systems psychodynamics and the Jungian tradition, our methods invite participants to engage with the unseen forces within human systems — to understand not only what is happening, but why. This reflective process strengthens leadership, fosters resilience and supports the emergence of more conscious, adaptive teams.

Inari is a proud member of the International Association for Jungian Coaches and Consultants.
