Bob Bechek

Bob is a partner and former worldwide managing director (CEO) and board chair of consulting firm Bain & Company, where he's held a number of leadership and governance roles across his 32 years with the organization. Prior to joining Bain, Bob led mechanical research and development for AKR Robotics in Paris, France. He later founded the U.S. subsidiary, as vice president and general manager. Bob received his MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
