Mark Berry

Mark brings deep expertise in human resources and is a recognized leader in the field of workforce analytics, with a focus on the use of data to help define and shape culture. Prior to joining Inari, Mark held senior HR leadership roles at Indiana Packers Corporation, CGB Enterprises, ConAgra Foods, and International Paper. While at ConAgra, Mark was the founder and leader of the organization’s people insights department. Mark began his career as a licensed clinical counselor and served as director for several community-based social service agencies. He holds a MBA from Indiana State University and MA in psychology from Eastern Illinois University, with post-graduate work in psychological assessment and intervention.
